LESPA's Mission is to empower and advocate for our members, in order to ensure a quality public education for every student. Our children are our priority. As employees of the Leon County Public Schools providing our children and the taxpayers with the high quality services is our ultimate goal.

Our Association was formed to insure that our members, our skills and our efforts are respected and that our rights are protected. Our Association is determined to insure that the needs of our members regarding working conditions, hour, benefits and salaries are met and are maintained at a level consistent with the needs of our families.
